After converting Matthew's crib to a "toddler bed", we realized, after just several months, that he had already outgrown it. So, we decided it was time to get him a "big boy" bed. The bed is actually my old bed, which was in the guest bedroom. My mom (grandma) slept on it when she used to watch Mattie while I worked. So, inheriting this "big boy" bed was indeed extra special for him. Matthew was very excited and transitioned to his big bed very smoothly.
