My Grandpa and I....This is one of his many planes.Well, our computer crashed. I used my parent's computer to make our Christmas card. As I was enjoying some quiet time to myself, I noticed some old photos I had uploaded onto their computer many moons ago. So, I thought I would share. Pretty funny pics. My grandfather has since passed away. I really love this pic of us. He was such an amazing man. He was a commercial pilot for many years for TWA, as well as a pilot in WWII. Oh, and one of my bragging points/family trivia...My grandfather flew a private charter jet for Elton John and the band Deep Purple. He had many very interesting stories to tell. When Mike and I were newly dating, we thought it would be fun to make a trip to California City to visit my grandfather Marshall at his airport hangar. It was a very fun day.
